PAPERS

Papers must be submitted by May 31, 2008. There is no blind review requirement; therefore authors can write down their names inside the paper.

We accept submissions in the form of PDF, DOC, and RTF formats. However, you are strongly encouraged to generate a PDF version for your paper submission, especially if your paper contains Asian/European language symbols or English letters with European fonts.

According to our guidelines, the page limitation of paper submission is 5 pages (single spaced, excluding tables, figures and references). The page limit is flexible.

The papers should include the following sections: 1) objectives, 2) perspective and theoretical framework, 3) methods, 4) data sources and evidence, 5) educational or scientific importance of the study, 6) conclusions, and 7) references.

Conference papers will be included on a CD-ROM for all participants.

Abstracts were due February 29, 2008 from the initial Call for Papers. Notification of acceptance went out March 2008.

FINAL PAPERS DUE MAY 31, 2008
